Former Apd Chief Has New Job In Texas | Albuquerque Journal News

file photo Ray Schultz left his job as chief of the Albuquerque Police Department in August 2013, and now he has a new one. Schultz is now the assistant police chief in Memorial Villages, Texas, near Houston, KOAT reported. Schultz departed from Albuquerque 18 months ago while in the national spotlight, in part, because of numerous officer-involved shootings. Schultzs new boss is J.D. Sanders, the former police chief in Hobbs. Memorial Villages population is 79,000.

145 of the American Legion Auxiliary in Barnes for 59 years. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her special friends Don and Dolly Toburen, playing cards and visiting. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Corrine K. Huse, Barnes; a sister, Ada Glanzer, Randolph; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Kenneth and three sisters, Imogene Yungeberg, Marge Borck and Gerri Caffrey.
